Pork loin in cabbage is a plate with great history in Majorca and its main ingredients are cabbage, pork loin , butifarrones, sobrasada, pine nuts and spices among others. 

The product must be cooked previously to its consumption and accompanied by a sauce or garnish. 

Conservation up to 24 months in freezer.
