Olive oil CAPICUA, is composed of a mixture of extra virgin olive oil and refined olive oil in which a taste and colour of lesser intensity than that of extra virgin olive oil is sought.

Product Details
Due to its characteristics, it is especially recommended for dishes that do not want to highlight the flavour of olive oil, as well as for stews and fried foods. 
Its use in crude allows to enjoy all the contributions of an extra virgin olive oil, but with the smoothness that it obtains in its coupage with the refined olive.
