Three pork cheeks in confit with their own juice and vacuum packaged, so you are able to create a very natural product and with an exceptional taste, ready to regenerate in the oven and eat, alone or dressed with sauce or garnish.

Assembly: Take out the product from the package and put aside the jelly to prepare a sauce. Slice in medallions to taste and with the oven preheated at 130ºC with steam function cook for 10 minutes
