Vacuum packaged and in confit cheek with its own juice, so we obtain a really natural product and with an exceptional taste, ready to regenerate it in the oven and eat, alone or dressed with a sauce and garnish.

Assembly: Take the piece out of its packaging and put aside the jelly to prepare a sauce. Slice in medallions and with the oven pre-heated at 130ºC with steam function and cook it for 10 minutes.
