To prepare them, we have to ensure first the inside fat is soft. If not, warm the tin bain marie for one minute for easy removal. 

We will cook them in high temperature oven until their crust turns crispy and golden. 

Ideal to serve with vegetables, potatoes, apple, etc. aside.
