Semi-hard cheese typical of Denmark made of cow's milk with a soft, creamy appearance, a yellowish-white colour, a consistent, firm texture for cutting, with many small eyes irregularly distributed and a mild, intense, buttery taste. 

Minimum maturation of 6 weeks.
