Yearling beef
The yearling beef is the animal between 12 and 24 months old and has been fed with grass and fodder. Its live weight is about 500 kgs. and its meat is characterized for being bright, more juicy and tasty than younger beef.
It is the most consumed meat type in the Mediterranean.
