Vinification: Fermentation and maceration of the grapes in 15,000-liter wide tanks, which allows for increased contact and optimize the extraction of the aromatic and color components. 
Ageing: 4 months in casks of French oak.
Service temperature: Between 14ºC and 16ºC.

Tasting notes
Powerful cherry red color. 
In nose, the fruity character of blackberries and blueberries are the protagonists against the notes of licorice and spicy tones from the barrel. 
Its short aging in oak barrels gives it structure and balance on the palate without losing its youth and varietal character.
Its delicate acidity combined with soft and round tannins provide an excellent persistent finish with hints of candied red fruit wrapped in hints of vanilla and toffee.
